It is not surprising that any true fan of this baking will try to find detailed instructions for its preparation. Fortunately, this is not so difficult, just follow the simple instructions described below.
Cinnabon Classic dough recipe
Quite often, this recipe is called yeast rolls. And it is precisely such a characteristic that determines the set of products that should be prepared by a prudent cook. So, to cook 24 Sinabon buns, you will need:
- yeast - five teaspoons;
- flour - 1.2 kilograms;
- milk - 400 milliliters;
- vanilla - to taste, but necessary;
- sugar - 240 grams;
- vegetable oil (margarine) - 120 ml or gram;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- salt - 2 teaspoons.
First of all, you should dissolve the yeast in one hundred milliliters of warm (about 37 degrees) water, sweetened with four teaspoons of sugar. After which they must be left in this state for twenty to thirty minutes. Meanwhile, flour, slightly warmed milk, eggs, and remaining sugar are mixed in a separate container with fairly high sides. Next, suitable yeast, vanilla and oil are added to this mixture. The dough is thoroughly kneaded and sent to โrestโ in a warm and dark place for two hours.
Cinnabon Favorite Filling Recipe
The great thing about this recipe is the fact that it offers at least three types of toppings. Cinnabon buns can be baked in the classic version with cinnamon, and can be stuffed with chocolate or apple-nut paste.
So, the filling is the first, classic. She would need to mix 16 tablespoons of brown sugar with 6 tablespoons of cinnamon. Before spreading the filling on the dough, it should be greased with butter or margarine.
The filling is the second, it is chocolate. For her, instead of cinnamon, the same amount of cocoa powder is added.

To prepare it, you will need to mix 100 grams of butter and cream cheese in a mixer, and then add two hundred grams of powdered sugar. Only after the Sinnabon rolls are soaked with such a cream, they will really be ready and able to please the cook with their delicate taste.
