Cooking lazily doesn't mean bad or tasteless. Simplified variations of familiar, but somewhat complicated or time-consuming dishes, for example, a recipe for lazy cabbage rolls, are both variety, and saving some time for yourself, and just an unusual presentation, and sometimes a necessity. In addition to half-boiled rice (acceptable and uncooked), you can add garlic, greens, spiced onions and carrots to the minced meat, certainly in soft butter, or both ingredients, salt, black pepper, an egg. Cabbage is not dismantled into leaves, but cut into small squares or shredded medium. Now it's up to a cauldron or pan with a thick bottom. First, cabbage is laid in layers, then minced meat, a couple of layers can be made from grated carrots for juiciness. Top - cabbage. Layers of a couple of centimeters high. The filling is also traditional: tomato paste diluted, half a glass of sour cream, salt, lavrushka, well-dried dill or other spices are preferred, peppercorns, onion - carrot frying (especially if it is not in minced meat). Pour layers of lazy cabbage rolls, so that to the top layer and simmer for half an hour, you can grind more, only they will be juicier.
