- 50 grams of bacon;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- a tablespoon of olive oil;
- 150 ml of heavy cream;
- three yolks;
- 50 grams of grated cheese;
- some mixture of Italian herbs;
- salt and spices.

Cooking process
Boil the paste, following the instructions on the packaging. In general, Italians have their own rules. According to them, you need to boil a hundred grams of pasta in a liter of water, adding 10 grams of salt. Garlic is peeled and cut into large slices. It is only needed for flavor. Bacon is cut into small cubes. Olive oil is heated on a fire, garlic is added. It is stewed for a couple of minutes over low heat so that it gives away its aroma.

- half leek;
- 50 grams of butter;
- grated cheese - a couple of pinches on a plate;
- fresh greens;
- spices to taste.
Prepare pasta, throw it in a colander. If the pasta sticks during cooking, you can add a little vegetable oil. This does not affect the final taste of the finished dish. Leave the spread pasta for a while. Shrimps are cleaned from the shell, the oil is melted in a pan, and shrimps are sent to it. Stirring, fry the ingredient for about three minutes.
The green part of the leek is finely chopped, sent to the pan, the ingredients are mixed. They simmer together for about a minute on medium heat. After pouring cream, season to taste with spices. Stew still a couple of minutes. The main thing is not to let the cream boil.
