Separately, the remaining yolks, nuts, milk, flour and olive oil are mixed. Exactly half of the dough is placed in meringue, beat thoroughly, and then the rest of the dough is added. The whole mixture is poured into a baking dish.

The oven warms up to 190 degrees. The form with the test is put in it. About 40 minutes will be required to bake the cake until fully cooked. After this, cool the resulting cake, and then cut it lengthwise into two even parts.

For the cream you will need nuts (150g), whipped cream (about 300g) and sugar (150g). It is easy to prepare the cream: sugar and nuts are heated over low heat until they turn into nut caramel. The cooled nuts are crushed using a blender, and then mixed with cream.

Eggs, sour cream, a small part of the zest, honey and, finally, baking powder are added to this. After mixing the ingredients, flour is added to the mixture to make a real dough. It is poured into a mold that enters the oven for 40 minutes. Once the biscuit is ready, it is cut into 2 parts horizontally.

Cream is also very simple to make. Mixer cream with powdered and aromatic vanilla sugar. A little mixture should be left to decorate the top of the cake. The remaining cream is combined with chopped and roasted nuts. Such a mass is lubricated first cake, and then the top layer. Using a pastry device (bag or syringe) you can decorate a delicious cake. The national Austrian dish is walnut cake, the recipe of which has spread all over the planet and has become a favorite for many. This Viennese dessert is called "Sacher" and is actually a chocolate-hazelnut cake using two kinds of nuts.
