For 250 ml of the workpiece, take a tablespoon of juice. In an airtight container, mashed potatoes are sent for storage to the freezer for a period not exceeding 4 months.

  2. Banana and Cocoa. To prepare the next traditional medicine, one ripe fruit needs to be peeled and mashed with a blender, fork or any other device. To the resulting mass add cocoa powder (6 tsp), hot milk (200 ml) and mix. Drink the medicine at bedtime for 5 days.
