- 200 ml of kefir;
- 460-525 g of wheat flour;
- 50 ml of water;
- 3 g of salt;
- 8 g of dry yeast;
- 1 raw testicle;

- 53 g of butter or vegetable oil.
How to make dough
Heat the water to 37 degrees, put in it 1 tbsp. sugar, then yeast, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Kefir also heat up to 37 degrees. If you are doing this on a stove, stir it continuously so that it does not curl. You can put a container of kefir in a pot of warm water and wait until it heats up.
Pour a pinch of soda into the heated kefir, mix. It will remove the acidity of the kefir product and allow the products to become even more magnificent. Next, to make a yeast dough for kefir pies, eggs are driven into the mixture and sugar is added (if you plan to bake sweet products). Mix it all with a whisk, and then add the dough that has already come to this time. Mix everything again.
Now you need to pour in flour while sifting. Before that, first add salt to it and mix the dry mixture. Sift flour in portions and knead the dough with a spoon. When it will be difficult to do this, sprinkle flour on the work surface, put the dough on it, make a recess in its center, pour in it vegetable oil or creamy butter, which has been warmed up and cooled to a warm state.

After that, grease the surface of the cakes with strong tea or a raw egg, sprinkled in 30 g of water, and send the pan to the oven, whose temperature is +160 ° C, for 5 minutes. During this time, they still rise, then increase the heat to + 180 ° C and bake until tender - until golden brown.

Bulk Yeast Dough: Recipe
If you are sure of the quality of the yeast, prepare the dough in a ginger-free way. It is done very quickly and will save a lot of time for the hostess.
Here are the ingredients you need:
- 210 ml of kefir;
- 450 g flour (plus for adding);
- 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- 11 g of dry yeast;
- for unsweetened pies 12, and for sweet 32 g of granulated sugar;
- two thirds of tsp salt.
