How are such chicken meatballs prepared? If you took a frozen filet, you must first defrost it. It’s good if you have time to wait until the fillet gradually unfrosts. It is undesirable to defrost fillet under water, because meat will lose a lot of nutrients.
When the meat is thawed, you should cut it into pieces and beat it with a hammer on both sides. Salt each slice, pepper a little and lightly season with spices. Then dip the chops into a beaten egg and then into the flour. After this, put the chops on a heated skillet with sunflower oil.
