Soups, salads, filling for savory pies, first and second courses are prepared from them. In today's publication, we will look at some simple recipes for potato casserole with chicken.

- 500 g of potatoes.
- 500 g legs.
- 200 g of fresh cauliflower.
- 200 g of good hard cheese.
- Young thin-skinned zucchini.
- 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- Salt, herbs, vegetable oil and pepper.
Washed and dried legs are cut into several parts and coated with a mixture of half the available mayonnaise and spices. After a quarter of an hour, the pickled meat is placed in an oiled baking sheet. From above, chopped vegetables are evenly distributed, supplemented with salt and mayonnaise. Bake the dish at 180 degrees for about sixty minutes. At the end of the agreed time, the contents of the form are sprinkled with chopped herbs, cheese chips and briefly returned to the warm oven.
With carrots and onions
The recipe for this potato casserole with chicken and vegetables was borrowed from French chefs. To repeat it in your own kitchen, you will need:
- 1 kg of chicken thighs.
- 6 medium potato tubers.
- 2 medium onions.
- A little carrot.
- 500 ml of not too fat cream.
- 100 g of mozzarella and parmesan.
- Salt, vegetable oil and seasonings.
Onions and carrots are sautéed in a heated greased pan. Once they are softened, finely chopped potatoes, salt and seasonings are added to them. After some time, the vegetables are poured with a small amount of cream and covered with chicken thighs, sprinkled with spices. All of this is sprinkled with cheese on top, wrapped in foil and put in the oven. Bake the dish for two hours at a moderate temperature. Ten minutes before turning off the oven, the foil is carefully removed from the mold.
With garlic and tomatoes
This delicious and very juicy potato casserole with chicken has a pleasant, moderately pungent taste and a good tangible creamy aroma. To prepare it, you will need:

Slices of chopped potatoes are evenly distributed along the bottom of the greased form. Pieces of chicken, fried with onions and crushed garlic, are spread on top. All this is salted, sprinkled with seasonings and covered with slices of tomatoes. At the next stage, the contents of the form are poured with a sauce consisting of beaten eggs, cream and milk, and covered with cheese chips. Bake the dish at 190 degrees for no more than forty minutes.
With mascarpone and sweet pepper
Potato casserole with chicken, made using the technology described below, is obtained not only tasty, but also very presentable. Therefore, it is not a shame to offer unexpected guests. To prepare it, you will need:
- 500 g grilled chicken.
- 600 g of potatoes.
- 2 sweet peppers.
- 2 medium onions.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 500 ml of cow's milk.
- 100 g of quality butter.
- 4 tbsp. l mascarpone.
- 2 tbsp. l high-grade wheat flour.
- 1 tsp ground paprika.
- Salt, refined oil and black pepper.
Sliced garlic is fried in a greased pan. As soon as he gives up his aroma, it is carefully removed, and chopped onions and strips of sweet pepper are sent to the vacant place. Ten minutes later, the vegetables are combined with a uniform sauce consisting of flour, fried in melted butter, milk, mascarpone, salt, paprika and ground pepper.
Chicken pieces are laid at the bottom of a deep form. The meat is poured with cooked sauce and covered with boiled and mashed potatoes. Cook the dish at 200 degrees for no more than thirty minutes.
With celery and minced meat
According to the recipe below, a very tender potato casserole with chicken is obtained. A photo of the treat itself will be available a little later, but now we will examine in detail its composition. To prepare it, you will need:
- 400 g ground chicken.
- 1.5 kg of potatoes.
- 3 selected raw eggs.
- 2 medium onions.
- Half of fleshy sweet pepper.
- 1/3 of a small celery root.
- 150 g cheese chips.
- ¾ cups of filtered water.
- According to 2 tbsp. l flour and fresh sour cream.
- 1 tsp. curry and ground pepper mixtures.
- Refined oil, breading, salt and dill.
Boiled and washed potatoes are cooked until cooked, knead with a nibble and combine with curry, chopped herbs and two raw eggs. The resulting puree is smoothed to the bottom of the mold, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Top with minced chicken fried with onions, sweet pepper, celery, salt and spices. The washed ham is sent to the freezer for a short while. As soon as it freezes slightly, the pulp is cut from it and laid out in a deep form. Chopped onions, canned corn grains and thin potato slices are evenly distributed from above. All this is salted, peppered, sprinkled with cheese chips, smeared with mayonnaise and put in a warm oven. - 600 g of potatoes.
- 500 g chicken fillet.
- 200 g of Russian cheese.
- 300 g of fresh sour cream.
- 150 g onions.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 50 g mayonnaise.
- Salt and seasoning.
First of all, you need to do meat. Washed pieces of fillet are combined with crushed garlic, mayonnaise, salt and spices. Chicken is left to marinate for half an hour and only after that they proceed to the next stage. On the bottom of the greased form spread half the onion rings and half of the existing potatoes, cut into thin slices. Part of the marinated fillet and some cheese chips are distributed on top. All this is watered with a small amount of sauce made from sour cream, salt and pepper. Layers alternate until all the ingredients run out. Cook a potato casserole with chicken in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for no longer than an hour.
