Stuffing in pepper in tomato for the winter is prepared as follows: grate carrots, chop onions and fry them until golden in vegetable oil. Cut the greens (parsley, celery), also put in the roasting. Boil it for 10-15 minutes over high heat, adding bay leaf to the water. Then drain the water, and transfer the beans to a frying pan, to a carrot and onion. Then start the minced peppers, arrange them in sterile jars. Now fill: ripe, you can soft, meaty tomatoes, pass through a meat grinder and boil, adding salt, sugar, allspice, vegetable oil (100 g per half liter of juice). Pour the juice over the peppers and boil the jars (20 minutes with a volume of 0.5 l and 30 minutes liter). Roll up canned food, turn over and leave covered to cool for a day. You take the number of products at random, the main thing is that there are enough tomatoes.

You can twist
sweet pepper in tomato and “reeds”, cutting it into 4 parts. The recipe is completely simple, and a novice hostess can easily cope with it. Take 2.5-3 kg of tomato of good ripeness of fleshy varieties. Grind them with a blender or meat grinder. Pour a tablespoon of one and a half salt, 2-3 - sugar, pour 50-60 ml of vegetable oil. Boil the juice for half an hour, removing the foam. Chopped into quarters pepper in a future pour and boil for 15 minutes. Grind 2 heads of garlic. When the vegetables are ready, remove from heat, add garlic, pour a tablespoon of vinegar essence, mix. Hot cans immediately pack in warm sterile jars and roll up. More garlic - 2.5 heads, a pod of hot pepper. In the filling, 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil are used, the same amount of salt, 150-200 g of sugar, 100 grams of vinegar. Grind onions, tomatoes, garlic and
hot pepper in a meat grinder. Chop the
bell pepper in large strips. Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Pack lecho hot and roll into boiled jars. Flip, wrap. The next day, send the twist to storage.
