A slow cooker can be called a “magic pot” from the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. Any dish is prepared without much hassle: cut, put, turned on and forgot for a while. And thanks to the selected modes, vegetables after cooking retain a maximum of useful substances, obtained juicy and aromatic.
Assorted Duet
Stuffed zucchini and eggplant in the Redmond multicooker turn out to taste
more tender and juicy compared to cooked in the oven. Prepare:
- a couple of young zucchini,
- medium onion
- carrots
- a couple of eggplant
- 200 g minced meat (beef and pork),
- 100 g of cheese
- several branches of greenery.
If the zucchini and eggplant are small in size, then they can be cut lengthwise and made stuffed “boats”, taking out part of the pulp. Larger fruits will have to be cut across and made into thin-walled “barrels”. Before cooking, prepare eggplant blanks (to remove bitterness) for 20 minutes in water. - Finely chop the onion into cubes, grind the carrots.

- a pair of large eggplant
- large bell peppers (red),
- a pair of medium onions,
- tomato (large),
- large root of carrots,
- greens,
- a couple of garlic cloves,
- half a glass of oil.
Getting started:
- Prepare all vegetables: wash and peel, cut into slices, grate carrots. To give the stew spicy bitterness, you can not clean the eggplant.
- Fry the onion in the “Baking” mode, add the carrots, fry a little. Add sweet pepper and tomato, slightly salt, fry under the lid for another 10 minutes.

Eggplant with potatoes
A delicious recipe for eggplant in a slow cooker fried with potatoes. Everything is prepared very simply and quickly. Stock up:
- a pair of eggplant
- kilogram of potatoes
- medium onion
- greens
- a couple of cloves of garlic,
- oil (half a measuring cup from the multicooker).
Cooking process:
- Cut onions, potatoes and eggplant into cubes.
- Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, set the time for about an hour and the “Baking” mode (you can “Fry”).
- Pour eggplant into warmed butter, add potatoes and onions after 10 minutes, add salt and mix gently.
