Next, add 600 grams of chopped oyster mushrooms, which should be fried until the mushrooms have a crust. At this point, the products must be salted and pepper.

Simultaneously boil six potatoes “in their skins”, peel them and cut into circles. You will also need to beat a couple of eggs with a glass of low-fat cream and 150 grams of grated hard cheese.

It remains only to collect the casserole. Put fried mushrooms at the bottom of a greased form and cover with thin plates of mozzarella. Do not spread the potatoes too thick on top, and pour the cooked gravy on top. Finally, to form a crust, sprinkle with grated cheese. In the oven, potatoes with oyster mushrooms will spend 25 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius.
