But first, cook the broth from beef ribs, adding onions, celery, carrots and parsley, as well as spices to taste. It takes about an hour. Then strain the broth, carrots and meat, cut and put back into the pan. Add prepared meatballs there. Cook together for about ten minutes. Separately cooked noodles on plates, pour ready soup.
