First we need the bread itself. Fresh bread is very difficult to cut into beautiful slices, so ask to be given โ€œyesterdayโ€. Sharpen a knife sharper and begin to cut. The thickness of the slice is, of course, an individual matter, but it is recommended to cut no thicker than 5 mm.

For frying bread, it is better to choose an oven with electric heating. Unlike gas, the heating of the pan is much more uniform in the electric oven.
