Due to the fact that the material of the dishes is heated slowly and evenly, most of the substances that are so valuable to the human body are stored in the products. Chicken liver in a pot is no exception. Juicy and tender offal literally melts in your mouth, and its useful properties are a pleasant bonus to such a delicious dish.

To create a true masterpiece that even a food-hungry child will not refuse to eat, you need to know what a healthy offal is combined with. The perfect harmony of taste is easily achieved using various vegetables: potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, pumpkin, bell peppers, eggplant or tomatoes. Many cereals, such as rice or wheat, as well as boiled pasta, also go well with chicken liver. As additional components, you can use tomato paste, dairy products (kefir, sour cream, cream, mayonnaise), fresh herbs and hard or cream cheese.
Various spices will make the taste of chicken liver in a pot more vivid and memorable. However, it should be remembered that the number of seasonings should be moderate. Spices with a pronounced aroma are also not recommended for use - they can clog the natural taste of the product.

Dishes from vegetables and offal are classics of the culinary genre. Such foods are always nutritious, nutritious, wholesome and very tasty. A recipe for chicken liver in pots with potatoes, fresh tomatoes and cheese with milk sauce will be the basis of a delicious dinner that the whole family will appreciate.

Products needed to create two โtastyโ pots (500 grams each):
- a quarter kilogram of chicken liver;
- four large potatoes;
- two ripe tomatoes of medium size;
- 150 milliliters of fat yogurt;
- a small piece of hard cheese (about 50-70 grams);
- 300 milliliters of hot water;
- ground black pepper, salt - according to preference;
- refined oil - for frying;
- parsley, onion or dill - to taste;
- four peas of allspice.

Rinse offal carefully under running water, and then, if necessary, clean from films and excess fat.
Peel the onions and potatoes and then rinse. Chop the first with thin half rings, which are sent to the pan with a small amount of refined oil. Place the potatoes in a container and pour water so that it does not darken. Fry a pan with onions over moderate heat and sautรฉ until vegetables are transparent. Usually this procedure takes no more than 5 minutes.
Prepared chicken liver in a pan with clear onions. Increase the heating power to an average level and fry the ingredients for 3-4 minutes, remembering to periodically stir them with a wooden spatula. At the end of cooking, add ground pepper and salt, focusing on your taste.
It's time to fill the pots. Remove the potatoes from the water and cut into medium cubes (about 2 cm). Spread the ingredient evenly over the pots. Put the fried liver with onions on top. The main ingredient should also be distributed equally between the two pots.
Rinse the tomatoes, free from the stalks, and then cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Put the prepared tomatoes on the liver.
Kefir combined with a little pepper and salt. Pour the contents of the pots with milk sauce. In each container, put two peas of allspice - it will give the dish a magical aroma. Fill the remaining space in the pots with hot water.
Cover the prepared clay containers with lids and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
Hard cheese should be prepared by this time. Grind the ingredient with a coarse grater. After the specified time, remove the clay containers from the oven. Sprinkle the contents of the pots with grated cheese, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. Return the dishes to the oven for another 5 minutes. Cheese should melt well.
Finishing touches
Serve the chicken liver with potatoes baked in pots in the oven and serve hot, sprinkled with finely chopped fresh herbs. The food can be distributed on portioned plates or left in an earthenware dish. However, in the latter case, the potato with chicken liver will cool much longer.
