It must be laid quite tightly so that there are no large gaps. Filling will go further. It is prepared as follows: in a pan, fry 200 grams of onion and about the same amount of carrots. And then add meat or minced meat. In my opinion, finely chopped meat is much tastier. Salt pepper. If desired, you can add basil - it turns out very Italian. Stew the meat, stirring constantly, for about half an hour, and then add a pound of finely chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. The filling is also ready!

Further vegetable lasagna - a recipe with meat. It is prepared as follows. On the first layer of sheets or pasta spread the filling and pour over BΓ©chamel sauce. Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top of the sauce. We repeat everything again - a layer of sheets or pasta, filling, sauce, cheese.
