Biography

Evgenia Akhremenko was born on April 12, 1975. At that time, her family lived in Lebanon. The father of the future actress worked in the trade mission of the USSR. Eugenia had a sister, Irina, a poetess, whose work was highly praised by Eugene Evtushenko. Irina died at the age of 33 from a serious illness. At the time of Zhenya’s birth, there was a war in Lebanon; her mother, with great difficulty, then managed to get to the hospital.

When the girl was five years old, the family moved to the capital of Libya, to the city of Tripoli. Here, Zhenya studied at a school functioning at the Soviet embassy. After this, Zhenya, her sister and parents lived in the USSR for a short period of time, and then she moved to Israel when her father was appointed to this country. So Zhenya continued to receive secondary education already at the Jewish school.

She began the path to big roles with a visit to a local theater studio. The talent of the girl was then noticed by television functionaries who offered her to work in the Shidur Hawker project, specializing in the reconstruction of criminal stories from real life.

In the mid-1990s, a novice actress was given a role in the Russian-Israeli film Coffee with Lemon. In this film, the main characters were portrayed by actors Alexander Abdulov and Tatyana Vasilyeva.

Voyage to the West

A little later, the family of Eugenia Akhremenko moved to the United States. Eugene then considered it necessary for herself to go to Los Angeles to get acting knowledge on the course of the legendary cinema master Anthony Hopkins. The actress today recalls that when she first saw her famous mentor, who at that time seemed to her a celestial, personally, she immediately “fell into a stupor”. She calls Hopkins a man with a restrained and calm character, with positive energy, who is absolutely not characteristic of arrogance and arrogance.

In the second half of the 1990s, she studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Art. Leaving the academy with an actress’s diploma, Evgenia Akhremenko accepts an invitation from the Los Angeles Theater to play on her stage as a leading woman in the play Pasadena Playhouse, based on the work of Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina. At that time, Eugene attended castings, starred in commercials.

Then there was work at a private art school, in which children from dysfunctional families studied. According to the actress, she then managed to come up with a curriculum, one of the components of which was the participation of children in various theater productions. Evgenia Akhremenko says that this program gave these guys the opportunity to "believe in themselves and in their own strength." When the father of the actress fell ill, she decided to return to Russia.

During her life in Israel, actress Eugene Akhremenko had a romantic relationship with a guy named Joab. Her chosen one, whom the actress calls a wonderful person, was from a family of immigrants from Poland. According to Eugene, their connection was interrupted soon after her move to another country.

In the US, Eugene married a lawyer named Wang. The family duet lasted four years and it broke up, according to Akhremenko, largely because of her temper and intransigence, which is destructive for the family.

In 2009, the media reported that a new married couple appeared - Evgenia Akhremenko and Konstantin Soloviev. A romantic spark slipped between them while working on the Lace project. At that time, the actor Solovyov was connected by marriage with an American. He later divorced and married Eugene. In 2010, the actress gave birth to his son Danya, and three years later Timothy was born. When the second child was not even six months old, Konstantin left the family. In 2013, the marriage between Xenia and Constantine was dissolved.

New roles

In 2017, actress Eugene Akhremenko was invited to the multi-part project “Purely Moscow Murder”, where she played Regina. Then there was the role in the television picture of the mini-series Wind of Change. Then the actress appeared in the movie "Team B", a comedy in which two teams compete for the sake of getting into the number of participants in the flight to the moon.
