A very unusual recipe for meatballs, which is not often used by housewives, and in vain! In summer and autumn, when all the counters are full of fruit abundance, this recipe will perfectly diversify everyday cuisine and will be a surprise for the whole family.

Balls of meat for the preparation of such a dish can be baked, and you can boil or fry. All cimes is in fruit sauce. Consider a winter set of fruits (for 600 g of minced meat): 2 oranges, a can of canned pineapples, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, honey - also 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of starch.

Squeeze the juice from one orange, pulp the second - cut, as it turns out, send it to the saucepan, pour about the same amount of pineapple syrup there as it turned out orange. Add tomato sauce and up to 1 liter of water, in which meatballs were cooked. In the same saucepan we send honey and pineapple slices (large - cut). We try, if necessary, add spiciness (pepper), sweets (sugar), etc. In a separate bowl, dissolve the starch in 0.5 cups of water and pour it into the total mass with a thin stream, constantly stirring. Bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.

Further - 2 options: pour meatballs with sauce and boil for 3 minutes or send to the oven and bake (you can again with cheese) - 5-7 minutes at 190 ยฐ.

The sauce is made from different fruits, with and without pulp. Plums, apricots, peach, grapes, apples with lemon and honey are perfect - also great.
