"Spark": recipe and differences from adjika

From mid-summer to late autumn, all hostesses have a chaotic, but very important time - itโ€™s time to prepare various jams, compotes, jams, marmalades, pickling and rolling cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as preparing dressings and seasonings that will delight the household throughout the cold season with its bright taste, at the same time fortifying the body and strengthening its immunity.

One of these gas stations is the Twinkle. Its recipe is very similar to the traditional Abkhaz dish - adjika. However, it differs from it by its extreme sharpness and piquancy due to the abundance of garlic and hot red pepper. Few gourmets can cope even with a small piece of bread, greased with such a seasoning, without washing it with water or seizing hot soup, and therefore it is often served with ready-made dishes of meat, fish, vegetables or pasta. โ€œSparkโ€, the recipe of which is acutely ahead of perhaps all other preparations for the winter, is by no means as difficult to prepare as one might imagine. Let's try to do it together.

Product Preparation

Its traditional ingredients are tomatoes (one kilogram will be enough), horseradish (300 g), garlic (half a head, i.e. about 10 g), half a pod of hot pepper (spicy lovers can take a whole), one tablespoon of sugar and salt, as well as vegetable oil and half a teaspoon (teaspoon) of table vinegar.

You can add another zucchini and eggplant. "Spark", the recipe of which, of course, does not include them, you can always be creatively improved using your ideas and personal taste preferences. In addition, if you add other ingredients to the recipe, it will become less burning and more satisfying. As we mentioned earlier, the Abkhazians have a very similar dish - adjika. "Spark" (its recipe is characterized by a simpler set of products and less piquancy) is more common in the post-Soviet countries. And here adjika is a traditional gas station for lovers of wit living in the Caucasus Mountains. It is also prepared on the basis of tomatoes, but apples and bell pepper are also added there. Thanks to this, it acquires a characteristic sweetish-sour taste, which, combined with a burning pungency, makes it incredibly bright and pleasant in taste, which makes it incomparable with anything.

Final stage

"Twinkle", its recipe is suitable for those who like quick workpieces and prefer not to mess around for a long time in the kitchen, is prepared in three stages. The first is preparatory, cleaning the ingredients. Hot peppers are exempted from seeds, from the peel - garlic and horseradish, and from the stalks - tomatoes. At the second stage, we attach a mechanical meat grinder to the table and pass horseradish, garlic and pepper cut into large pieces through it. And then in the same dishes we add the scrolled tomatoes and grind everything again with a blender. At the third stage, it remains only to season this raw material by adding sugar, salt, vinegar and mixing again. Keep the resulting "Spark", the recipe of which was just described step by step, should be in a cool room, after rolling it in pasteurized jars and adding one teaspoon of sunflower oil to each.
