Braised turkey

If you want to cook something tasty, healthy and satisfying, an excellent choice is braised turkey. The recipes for this dish are the most varied. It can be cooked with various vegetables, nuts, sour cream. Each time, changing the recipe, you can diversify your menu, as well as choose the one you like best.

Braised turkey

Half a kilo of turkey fillet, cut into large pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a pan from all sides. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, mix with chopped garlic clove and fry in another pan. Wash 100 g of broccoli, dry and take apart for inflorescences. Add half a can of corn and broccoli to the onion and garlic. Fry for about 2 minutes, then put pieces of turkey.

Prepare the sauce: mix 25 g of lemon juice, 40 g of soy sauce and 60 ml of water. Then add 15 g of cornmeal and mix.

Pour turkey sauce with vegetables and stew for half an hour until cooked, stirring occasionally so that the flour, which is part of the sauce, does not burn. Serve with french fries.

Stewed turkey with apples

Fry a pound of turkey until golden brown. Finely chop two onions and add to the turkey. When the onion turns golden, add water, which should completely cover the meat. Stew for 12 minutes.

Sprinkle the meat with salt, curry and pepper. Put a sprig of basil. Simmer for about an hour until cooked. Slice 2 apples into slices. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan, fry apples. Grind 3 cloves of garlic and put together with apples in a turkey. Put out another 5 minutes. Put on a dish and serve with boiled rice.

Braised turkey with vegetables

To prepare this dish, you need to salt and season with two thighs and two turkey legs, fry in olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Add a glass of chopped onion and celery. After 6 minutes, pour water to a height of about 3 cm and boil. Reduce and extinguish the fire for an hour and a half. Separate meat from bones and skins. Fry finely chopped 150-200 g carrots, 300-350 g potatoes, 170 g turnips in the remaining liquid in the pan. Salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes. Then lay out the vegetables.

Proceed with the preparation of the sauce: dissolve 10 g of corn starch in 120 ml of water and pour into the pan. Salt, add Tobasco sauce, 10-12 g of lemon juice, pepper, sprinkle with parsley. Put the meat on a dish and, pouring sauce, serve with vegetables.

Braised turkey with nuts

From all sides, fry the turkey weighing 4 kg in heated vegetable oil and transfer to a roasting pan. Add 2 chopped onions, 2 minced cloves of garlic and add water. Simmer an hour until softened. Remove the turkey to a warm place, and drain the remaining broth into another container.

Prepare the sauce: chop the almonds, sesame seeds, coriander and anise, almonds and cloves. Add finely chopped vegetables - onion and 3 tomatoes, as well as salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Put in a pan, add the broth and simmer for half an hour.

Cut the turkey into large pieces, put in the sauce, mix and simmer for another 12 minutes. Serve with rice and beans.

Sour cream stewed turkey

Peel a pound of potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Remove seeds from bell pepper . Finely chop large tomato and bell pepper. Pieces of turkey weighing about 300 g put in a clay pot with vegetable oil in it. Put a layer of potatoes on top. Finely chop the onion and put it on the potatoes. Then salt, sprinkle with a universal seasoning, add carrots, shabby on a coarse grater, and a little water. Spread a layer of chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. Pour sour cream and simmer for about an hour over low heat. When the dish is ready, sprinkle the stewed turkey with chopped parsley, cilantro, dill.
