Pilaf with mushrooms: recipes

Pilaf with champignons can be prepared in different ways: with and without meat, with rice, pearl barley or buckwheat, on a stove or in a slow cooker. For everyone, there is a way to cook - for the meat-eater, and for the vegetarian, and for fasting.

You should start with the classic recipe for pilaf with mushrooms.

Classical

This traditional meat dish with rice, complemented by mushroom notes, will be cooked in a cauldron on the stove. It will require the following products:

  • 200 g of rice;
  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 350 boneless meat (pork);
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 carrot;
  • vegetable oil;
  • seasoning for pilaf;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Dice the pork.
  2. Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.
  3. Cut the champignons into slices.
  4. In a cauldron, fry the pieces of meat in vegetable oil.

  6. After another five minutes, add the mushrooms, salt, pour seasoning for pilaf and mix.
  7. Rinse the rice and put in a cauldron, after pouring water.

Cover the container and simmer the contents until cooked over low heat.

Lean

To prepare lean pilaf with mushrooms, you need to take:

  • one and a half glasses of rice;
  • onion;
  • a pound of champignon mushrooms;
  • carrot;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • three tablespoons of olive oil;
  • ground pepper and salt.

Cooking pilaf:

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly in a colander from the tap until clear water.
  2. Pour rice with clean water in a ratio of 1 to 2.
  3. Wash the mushrooms and cut each of them into four parts.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, put mushrooms and fry.
  5. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and add to the mushrooms when they start to fry. Cook for three minutes.

For lovers of vegetables and healthy food, this pilaf with mushrooms is ideal. It will require the following ingredients:

  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 300 g of rice;
  • two carrots;
  • two heads of garlic;
  • two sweet peppers;
  • seasoning for pilaf;
  • salt.

Order of preparation:

  1. Cut vegetables: mushrooms into slices, onions in half rings, peppers and carrots in strips.
  2. Put the mushrooms and pepper in a pan, salt and fry for five minutes.
  3. Separately, pass onions carrots for seven minutes. Then put the whole rice and garlic to them. Pour vegetables with rice with water (0.5 l), salt and pour seasoning for pilaf. When the water boils, cover the dish, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

  • 300 g of champignons;

  • vegetable oil;

  • pepper, salt.

  1. Dice the onion, chop the mushrooms, grate the carrots.
  2. Sauté the onions in a pan in sunflower oil until transparent.
  3. Add carrots and mushrooms to the onion and continue cooking for another five minutes.
  4. Salt, put the whole cloves of garlic and fry until tender.
  5. Put the vegetables in the multicooker bowl, lay the rice and add water.

With chicken

Great idea pilaf with mushrooms and chicken. Cook in a cauldron or deep pan. For him you need to cook:

Pilaf with mushrooms champignons and barley deserves attention no less than the classic with rice. The following products will be required for this original variant:

  • 150 g of champignons;
  • 100 pearl barley;
  • sunflower oil;
  • two onions, carrots;
  • spices (salt and pepper).

Order of preparation:

  1. boil pearl barley until half cooked.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings, grate the carrots.
  3. In a cauldron, fry the onions in sunflower oil, when it becomes transparent, add carrots to it.
  4. Boil the champignons in water (five minutes), then put onions and carrots and continue cooking for another ten minutes.
  5. Pearl barley is added to the cauldron last. The contents of the dishes are filled with water, salt and pepper are poured.
  6. Simmer the dish under the lid for 40 minutes.

Cooking this everyday meal is easy. At the same time, purely mushroom options are no worse than meat ones and are quite satisfying.
