Cakes in 5 minutes: a quick recipe before guests arrive

Pies with meat or sweet filling - this is an ideal snack during breaks at work, on the road, as well as an excellent treat for tea for guests. If you want to pamper everyone with pastries of their own preparation, then try to bake it according to our recipe. Such pies in 5 minutes are tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

To prepare the dough for pies in 5 minutes, you will need the following products:

  • 2 cups premium wheat flour;
  • ½ bag of dry yeast or 50 g fresh;
  • 200 g baking margarine;
  • 1 egg
  • half a glass of warm boiled water;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Cooking dough

In a glass of warm boiled water, dilute the yeast. Leave them to swell.

Pour flour into a deep cup with a slide, in the middle make a hole. Break the egg into it, add salt, soda and stir. Pour the yeast dissolved in the water and knead until smooth. Add the diced soft margarine to the cup contents and knead the dough. It should turn out soft and elastic. Wrap it in cellophane and leave it for a while.

Stuffing for pies

Since we will make pies in 5 minutes, it takes a little time to prepare the filling. We offer several quick options:

  1. Boil and crumble the eggs. Add finely chopped green onions.
  2. Boil the eggs and rice. Better to use rice in bags. To the chopped eggs, add a little softened butter or mayonnaise. Mix with rice.
  3. Crush the cottage cheese with a crush, add salt and black ground pepper (to taste) and finely chopped parsley.
  4. Drain the liquid from canned food. Remove the spine bones from the fish, crush it with a fork until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then mix with boiled rice.
  5. Boil the mushrooms and drain the water. Dice the onion. Fry foods together in butter.
  6. Sauté minced meat with diced onions. Add boiled rice and mix well.

For all fillings, use a 1 to 1 ratio.

Stuffed pies

You can also make a sweet filling. Here are two simple options:

  1. Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a microwave until caramel color and transparency. Roll lightly in starch.
  2. You can use jam or jam. This product is already ready for filling, you just need to slightly thicken it with starch, so that it does not leak.

Baking pies

Roll out the dough with a flagellum, cut into koloboks and make small cakes from them. In the middle of each, put the filling and close the edges. Fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides until crusty.
