Cooking process

Cooking process
We take ripe pears. Wash, peel and seed. Next, cut the fruit into eight parts. Take a pot, pour water. Cook pears until soft. We spread it on a clean canvas. Squash the slices with a spoon. We stand out the collected juice in the dishes. Next, add sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice to it. Pour the mixture into the dishes and bring to a boil. Do not forget to remove the foam. Cook until the jelly begins to thicken. How to check? Drop on a saucer, if it thickens, then the jelly is ready. Next, fill them with hot cans. Cover and roll up. As you can see, such pear blanks are very easy to make at home.
Pear in own juice
The main ingredients:
- pears (500 grams);
- sugar (750 grams);
- lemon acid.
Cooking process
Wash and peel the pears. Cut into slices. We put it tightly in jars. Pour two tablespoons of sugar and citric acid. We sterilize the jars and then roll up the lid.
