We will need:

- a liter of milk;

- barley groats 100 g;

- butter 50 g;

- sugar to taste;

- eggs 3 pcs;

- chopped nuts - 100 gr. (almonds and walnuts);

- cream 10%.

Gently pour the cereal into boiled milk and cook until thickened (15-20 minutes). In the finished porridge, put the butter and let it cool slightly.
