Hot rolls
A good second course will be salmon rolls, which are baked in the oven. To do this, we need to take the fillet of this red fish (about 400 - 500 g), a small pack of crab sticks, hard cheese (about 200 g), mayonnaise, seasonings (salt and pepper), half a glass of any rice, as well as a little parsley. You can cook this wonderful dish very quickly. Literally after 40 minutes, the finished rolls will be on the dining table. However, everything is in order.
- It is necessary to cook rice until fully cooked. At the same time, all available crab sticks are rubbed on a fine grater. They do the same with cheese. Parsley, in turn, is chopped finely. The preparatory phase ends when the salmon fillet is cut into thin strips. Their width should not exceed 4-5 cm.
- The resulting rice, crab sticks, chopped cheese, herbs, mayonnaise and seasonings are mixed until a tender and uniform mass is obtained.
- Finally, salmon rolls are formed. Especially for this, they line the bottom of a flat container (it should be very small) with strips of red fish. Top put the filling 4 cm in height. Then they take a basket out of the container and wrap it on top with pieces of salmon to make a roll.
- Finished pieces are laid out on a heated baking sheet and put in the oven to bake.
Salmon Cheese Rolls
An excellent cold appetizer or a meal that replaces a light salad is small rolls with red fish and soft cheese. To make this wonderful treat will require a little effort, a desire to please relatives and some ingredients:

Pita bread with red fish

Real fish pie
Of course, no holiday is complete without a pie. From salmon it turns out juicy, tasty and melting in the mouth. And to prepare such a masterpiece is very simple, but it turns out incredibly tasty.
In a bowl 2 eggs are mixed, a glass of milk, flour 6 tbsp., A little soda and sour cream (150g). Half of the resulting mass is poured into a specially prepared and heated in the oven, oiled form. On top of this dough is placed fresh salmon fillet (chopped), which is required to salt and pepper a little to taste. Then the second part of the mass is poured. This form is sent to the oven for an hour until the salmon pie is ready.
