  • thin noodles from egg dough - 200 g;
  • 2 onion heads, 4 cloves of garlic (can be squeezed out right through the garlic);
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • chicken or goose greaves - 3 teaspoons with top;
  • tomato paste - 2 teaspoons;
  • one and a half tablespoons of sour cream (cream or butter);
  • various seasonings and spices. It’s good to have a chicken cube with the taste of chicken or turkey;
  • Of course, vegetable oil.

  1. Cook the noodles.

  3. Pour in oil, make the fire quieter, let the onion lightly fry. Then we put garlic and other spices in it, stir, slightly crushing the onion.
