You will need such products:
- fresh chanterelles - 0.5 kg;
- raw potatoes - 1.2 kg;
- onions - 2 medium heads;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- frying oil, salt, bay leaf (3 leaves).

You need to start with mushrooms. Clean, rinse, boil water. Throw the chanterelles into it, bring it to a boil again and cook the mushroom for 15 minutes.
