You need to bake pancakes in heated oil, it is best to use a cast-iron frying pan or dishes with a modern non-stick coating. The dough is laid out in butter with a spoon, pancakes are fried over moderate heat on both sides.

When bubbles appear on the surface of the dough, and it itself doubles in volume, you can start baking pancakes. It is not necessary to mix the dough before baking, otherwise it will settle.
