Stage One. Cooking dough for cookies.
Products:

- Butter - 50 grams

Cooking:
Beat the whites until a dense foam, gradually adding sugar or powdered sugar. Pour flour into a small bowl or deep plate and make a depression in the center. Add the butter melted in the microwave, but first you need to cool it, otherwise the dough will curl. Pour vanilla, which will add aroma and original taste. Knead the dough until smooth. After we put in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
A little culinary trick: add beetroot juice or any food coloring to the dough and cookies will turn out different colors. Of course, you have to tinker a little longer, but the surprised and admired faces of the guests will be the best reward.

Having made all the cookies, put them on a baking sheet, oiled or covered with special baking paper. We put it in the oven, heated at 160C. After a few minutes, once the cookie has turned golden, you can pull it out of the oven. It is better to remove the pan from the pan after it has cooled down so as not to break it. Put on a beautiful dish and serve to guests, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
