At this time, beat the egg whites into the airy foam. Without stopping, we add sugar (150 g) there, continuing to whisk everything to get a thick lush cream. I thawed strawberries (300g), then dry with a paper towel and put in the resulting cream. Mix everything carefully.

We put in the oven preheated to 220ºC for seven or eight minutes. We take it out of the oven and send it to cool.
While the cake is in the oven, and then cools down, we will do the filling. We lay out a half kilogram of frozen berries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar (half a cup) and knead well. Set aside for 30 minutes. Gelatin (50g) is poured with a small amount of water (cold). When it swells slightly, add hot water (half a cup), stir and let cool.
