The dough is kneaded with a spoon and it turns soft and sticky. With the help of a blade, it is laid out in a rectangular shape, and low sides are formed.

- Preparing a fill of sour cream, sugar (190 g each) and one egg. By consistency, it should be like thick sour cream. If the pouring turns out to be too liquid, then a couple of spoons of flour can be added to it.
