Salmon dishes

In the diet of any person, fish should be present at least twice a week. Today we'll have salmon for dinner.

Salmon in Russia is very much appreciated, and for good reason, it has excellent red meat, which has a lot of vitamins and minerals, and there is no price for salmon caviar . Salmon dishes can be found in the cuisine of any country, for example, in Japan, sushi is popular for salmon, Italians roast it in pastry, Finns cook salmon meat under marinade, and Swedes prefer salmon soup. In general, there are a great many recipes, it remains only to decide. I offer you several different cooking options, each recipe is good in its own way, and most importantly, all salmon dishes are delicious.

1) The easiest option is to simply bake the fish in foil. To do this, we need 400 grams of salmon fillet, vegetable oil, garlic, you can also use onion rings, salt and foil for baking. Divide the fillet into 4 portions, rub with salt and oil, then put the grated garlic on top, wrap in foil and bake for about 40 minutes until cooked. When the fish is baked, we take out its ovens, arrange it on plates, decorate with herbs, add a little side dish of rice and corn, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and serve it to the table. The fish is very tasty, and most importantly, the recipe is simple.

2) A more complex, but also more tasty option is lasagna with salmon in a spicy sauce Bashamel. So, to prepare this overseas dish we need: 300 grams of salmon fillet, 300 grams of fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese - 200 grams, a bag of fresh milk, 50 grams of butter, a little wheat flour, Parmesan cheese - 100 grams, 200 ml of white wine, salt, nutmeg.

Similar salmon dishes are highly appreciated both abroad and in Russia. First you need to put out the spinach for about half an hour. Put salmon fillet in another pan, add wine, salt and let it stand for 10 minutes. While the fish is soaked in wine, we will prepare Bashamel sauce. To do this, put the butter in a pan, wait until it melts, add the flour and stir for 2 minutes. Now you need to bring the milk to a boil and pour a thin stream into the butter with flour, while stirring constantly. Salt, add a little nutmeg. The resulting mixture must be cooked for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then we put lasagna into the baking dish: the first layer is sauce, the second is spinach, the third is sauce again, the fourth is salmon cut into slices, the fifth is spinach again, the sixth is mozzarella cheese, the seventh is sauce again, the eighth is grated parmesan cheese. Remove the lasagna into a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. After the lasagna is ready, it is advisable to let it stand for a while so that all layers are saturated with the sauce. Then you can safely serve to the table. This dish is not a shame to put on the festive table. In general, salmon dishes in the oven are amazing. Try to cook, you will be delighted.

For soup, we need 300 grams of salmon fillet, a couple of potatoes, onions, carrots, a handful of rice, salt, lavrushka, any greens. To start, put on a fire 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan. While the water is boiling, separate the fish flesh from the skin and bones, cut into small pieces and dip into boiling water. Rice should be washed and pour cold water for about 10 minutes. Then add onion, carrot, bay leaf and salt to the soup. Wait until it boils. Chop the potatoes, put them in the soup, then, after boiling the broth, put the rice and cook for another 15 minutes. Finely chop the greens and add them to the soup after they are removed from the stove, so the aroma of greens is better preserved.

Salmon dishes look spectacular due to red meat, so this fish is often found on holiday tables.
