- Bank of green peas.
- 70 g of quality butter.
- ¼ cup cow's milk.
- 3 large potatoes.
- 2 small onions.
- 2 medium carrots.

First of all, you need to do potatoes. It is cleaned, washed, boiled in salted water and mashed in mashed potatoes with the addition of warm milk and 50 g of soft butter.
Then onions and carrots are sautéed in a greased pan. After some time, green peas and minced meat are added to them. All this is slightly browned, sprinkled with salt, seasoned with spices, supplemented with chopped herbs, poured with wine and tomato paste, diluted in clean water, and stewed for a short time over low heat. - 500 g of freshly ground meat.
- 4 large bell peppers.
- A glass of boiled rice.
- 1 tbsp. l chopped onion.
- 400 g of tomato sauce.
- Grated cheese, refined butter and salt.
Washed peppers free from stalks, seeds and internal partitions. The resulting blanks are briefly blanched in boiling water and filled with a mixture of fried minced meat, boiled rice, sauteed onions and half of the available sauce. All this is laid out in a greased heat-resistant form. The remaining sauce is poured on top and the foil is placed. Peppers are baked at 175 degrees for about forty-five minutes.
