When the dishes familiar to everyone begin to bother, attentive and caring housewives look for them a tasty substitute. For four servings of chicken breasts you will need:
- chicken fillet - one pc.;
- eggs - two pcs.;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- dill, parsley - one bunch each;
- butter - 50 g.
Wash the chicken breast thoroughly, separate the meat from the bones and veins. Discard the fillet a little and cut lengthwise into four parts. Season each portion with salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Now grate the cheese on a medium grater, and finely chop the dill and parsley. Spread some cheese and greens on each piece of breast, distribute the filling over the entire piece of meat. Roll the fillet into rolls, and for reliability, so that the meat and filling do not fall apart, you can fix everything with a toothpick. Beat two eggs into a bowl and stir with a whisk or just a fork.
Put butter in a frying pan. When it melts, you can send there rolls of chicken breast, which must first be dipped in an egg. Fry them on all sides until golden brown. To prepare breasts for four servings, you will need:
- chicken breast - one pc.;
- Bulgarian pepper - three pcs.;
- onions - one pc. medium size;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- vegetable oil;
- baking foil in the oven.
Gently beat off the chicken fillet, previously thoroughly washed and separated from the bone and skin. Then fry the chopped bell peppers in a pan. If you take this ingredient in different colors, then the chicken breast rolls will turn out to be more beautiful and interesting, which means tastier. Now add the onion sliced ββin squares and fry with pepper until cooked. Put the chicken fillet on the foil so that the pieces fit snugly together and look like one whole layer.

Now salt and pepper the meat, and then put the previously fried vegetables on top. Cut the cheese into small cubes and put on pepper and onion. You can also add fried and finely chopped champignons to the filling, which is also delicious. If you cut some canned pineapples into rolls, then the meat will have a taste of pleasant sweetness.
