Required Products:
- finished yeast dough - 450 grams;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- minced chicken - 350 grams;
- salt;
- black pepper;
- vegetable oil - 20 grams;
- ketchup or tomato paste - 100 grams;
- sour cream 20% - 125 grams;
- hard cheese - 200 grams;
- milk - 50 grams;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
This open mince pie is quite easy to prepare and does not require additional efforts from you.
Step cooking
Our steps are as follows:
- Peel the onion and finely chop it.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until tender.
- Add onion, salt and spices to it.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with sour cream in a separate bowl.
- Break the egg into a glass, pour a little milk and beat the resulting mixture with a whisk.
- Combine grated cheese, sour cream and a beaten egg with milk.
- Defrost the packaging of the finished dough. We roll it on the work surface and sprinkle it with flour a little.
- We put parchment baking paper on a baking sheet and transfer our dough to it.
- Gently bend the edges, giving the rolled dough the necessary shape.
- Grease the sides thoroughly with the remaining mixture of milk and egg.
- In the middle we add ketchup or tomato paste, evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the future open meat pie with minced meat.

- butter - 100 grams;
- water - 50 grams;
- white cabbage - 200-250 grams;
- pork or ground beef - 250 grams;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- cream 20% - 125 grams;
- processed cheese - 50 grams;
- salt;
- pepper;
- dried greens.
If desired, cream can be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Cooking method
To prepare an open mince pie, you need to do the following:
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Sift the flour and mix it with oil in a separate bowl.
- Add salt and one egg.
- Knead a tough and elastic dough, wrap it in cling film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat.
- Pour the cabbage and simmer under a closed lid for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In a deep bowl, beat the remaining eggs and cream.
- Grate the cheese on a medium grater, pour into the egg mixture and beat all the ingredients with a blender.
- Add spices, salt and dried herbs.
- Dip the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and cut into small cubes about 1 cm thick.
- We take a baking dish and carefully lubricate it with sunflower oil.
- We roll out our dough, shift it into a mold and make small sides.
- Pour stuffing with minced meat and cabbage.
- Pour over the egg-cheese mass, first leave a little for decoration.
- On top of the future pie, spread the tomatoes and distribute the remaining cheese mixture.
- We send the pastries to the oven for 40-45 minutes.
