Contraindications to the appointment are urinary retention, glaucoma, peptic ulcer, age under 18 years. The usual daily dosage is 4 mg with a division of use into 2 doses. The medicine has many side effects:

"Roliten"
The drug is made in India, has the same active substance as "Urotol", and is used for the same indications. Has a sufficient number of adverse reactions. Unlike the analogue of "Spazmeks", the instruction of "Rolitene" says the penetration of tolterodine into the nervous system, which can adversely affect the body, up to impaired consciousness.
You can not take medicine when planning a pregnancy. The cost of “Urotol” and “Rolyten” preparations is about 500 rubles, which is one and a half times more expensive than “Spazmeks”.
Uroholum
The drug is produced in Ukraine and in composition is a drop of antispasmodic action of plant origin. It is used in the treatment of cystitis, diuresis, pyelonephritis and nephrosis, increased tone of the biliary tract. The dosage is 10 to 20 drops of the drug dissolved in the liquid.

The maximum dose of “Oxybutynin” is 20 mg per day, children and the elderly are halved, often prescribing half a tablet 2-3 times a day. In cases of overdose, adsorbents are prescribed.
Driptan
A medicament is also made in France in the form of tablets, dosed with the active substance oxybutynin in an amount of 5 mg. Allowed the treatment of children from the age of five. - Mix the crushed leaves of lingonberry and St. John's wort, boil for about 10 minutes with 600 ml of water, take 100 ml 2 times a day.
- Use a glass of squeezed carrot juice on an empty stomach for 2-3 weeks.
- Boil blueberries and blackberries for about half an hour, cover and let cool. Drink compote in a glass 3 times a day.
- Take a decoction of young shoots of cherry, sweetened with a spoon of honey.
- Grind 5 grams of dried marshmallow root into powder and add water at room temperature. Means to use after 10-12 hours several times a day for a tablespoon.
