  4. Mix the crushed leaves of lingonberry and St. John's wort, boil for about 10 minutes with 600 ml of water, take 100 ml 2 times a day.
  5. Use a glass of squeezed carrot juice on an empty stomach for 2-3 weeks.
  6. Boil blueberries and blackberries for about half an hour, cover and let cool. Drink compote in a glass 3 times a day.
  7. Take a decoction of young shoots of cherry, sweetened with a spoon of honey.
