Of course, pasta in its various manifestations is loved all over the world, in Asia, rice and corn noodles, in Russia pasta from wheat or egg noodles.

However, there are more than a hundred types of pasta, which is why the question of where this product is most loved disappears by itself. Spaghetti, fettuccine, tagliatelle and gnocchi became familiar to many. The peculiarity of Italian pasta is the use of only durum wheat in its manufacture, contrary to popular belief, it does not harm the figure. The latter, however, does not apply to the numerous additives and sauces used in its preparation. There are a lot of pasta recipes , among them with bolognese sauce, pesto, bechamel, with mushrooms and truffles, seafood and ham. Probably unchanged with any method of its preparation remains only Parmesan cheese.

Shrimp paste, recipe number 1

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 750 grams of peeled shrimp;
  • 150 ml of chicken stock (water);
  • 1 tsp lemon zest;
  • 100 ml of lemon juice;
  • assorted cheeses: 200 grams of Philadelphia, 50 grams of parmesan; 100 grams of mozzarella;
  • 1 sprig of parsley.

Spaghetti is boiled in salted water, approximately 3 minutes before it is ready, adding shrimp, after which the water is drained.

To prepare the sauce, pour the broth, lemon juice into the pan, add Philadelphia, a pinch of pepper and lemon zest. The mixture is cooked for 5 minutes (approximate time of dissolution of the cheese), after which you need to add the paste and stir. The dish is ready.

The pasta is laid out on plates, sprinkled with parmesan, mozzarella and finely chopped parsley, and then aged under the lid for 3 minutes.

Shrimp and tomato pasta
To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 750 grams of peeled large shrimp (as an alternative - a mixture of shrimp and mussels);
  • 200 grams of tomatoes (use cherry if possible);
  • 250 grams of parmesan;
  • 300 ml cream;
  • 1 sprig of basil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

The pasta is boiled in water, while dressing (sauce) is being prepared. In a large frying pan, put and fry chopped garlic and shrimp for a couple of minutes. Then add the tomatoes, cut into halves, chopped basil and cream. The resulting mixture must be stewed for 10 minutes, after which the finished dish is laid out on plates, poured with sauce and sprinkled with parmesan.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 200-250 grams of champignons;
  • 450 grams of peeled shrimp;
  • 250 grams of parmesan cheese;
  • 100 ml of dry white wine;
  • 250 ml cream;
  • 60 grams of butter;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

The paste is cooked in accordance with the instructions on the packet, after which the water is drained.

To prepare the sauce, butter is placed in a saucepan or large pan, garlic is squeezed out, peeled shrimps, mushrooms are placed, white wine is added. Salt and pepper dressing can be at the same stage of preparation. When the wine has almost evaporated, add the cream and let it simmer until it boils. If the paste is still hot, you can put it on plates and pour the sauce, if it has cooled, you can add it to the sauce and heat in a pan.

Put on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
