Vegetables (onions and carrots) need to be chopped. Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add pork to it, fry slices on all sides. Put salt and pepper. Add onions and carrots to the pan. Let them fry until golden brown. If desired, you can add ketchup or tomato sauce.

If you use a deep and large enough pan, you can continue cooking in it. If this is not available, transfer prepared vegetables and meat to a pan with a thick bottom.

Drain the buckwheat water. Put the grits on the fry. Pour in broth or hot water. The liquid level should not be higher than buckwheat by more than 1.5 cm. Put the pan to simmer on a slow fire. After 20 minutes, the water should evaporate. Turn off the fire. Another 15 minutes will be required for the fact that buckwheat was insisted in a merchant style.   • mayonnaise;
  • onions, garlic, salt, hops-suneli;
  • vegetable oil.

Wash buckwheat. Put it in a baking dish, which should first be a little greased with oil. Sprinkle garlic and onion, chopped on top. Chop the chicken into small pieces. Better use the pulp. Sprinkle with spices. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Pour about 2 cups of hot water with salt into the mold. Grate the cheese. Lay out the top layer. Buckwheat with chicken must be baked in the oven for an hour. Recommended temperature is 180 degrees.

In a slow cooker, cooking buckwheat is simple. Not only does not require additional effort, and the taste of the finished dish improves markedly compared to cooked on the stove. You will need:

  • about 400 grams of pork (or any other meat);
  • 300 grams of buckwheat kernel
  • two glasses of hot water;
  • one each carrot and onion;
  • some vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt and seasoning for meat.

Set the appliance to the β€œBaking” mode. Pour a little oil into the bowl. Chop onions and carrots. Cut the meat into pieces. Put it in a hot oil. Allow a little fry, then toss the vegetables. As soon as the onions and carrots are sausage, pour the washed buckwheat groats. Pour in water, salt, put seasoning. Mix everything. Set the slow cooker to "Buckwheat" or "Extinguishing" mode.
