Classic potted canahi recipe

Necessary components:
- a pound of lamb meat;
- half a kilogram (or more) of eggplant;
- a pound of tomatoes;
- 2 pieces of onions;
- a pound of potatoes;
- fresh greens;
- 1 tbsp. l tomato juice (you can add water).
Cooking
- Dice the lamb. Add salt, pepper to taste. Place in a pot or other utensil in which it will be cooked.
- Peel the onion. Finely chop and lay a layer on top of the meat.
- Cut eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes into small cubes. Put in a bowl over the onion. When laying out, you need to salt each layer of vegetables.
- At the end of the loading of the ingredients pour tomato juice or water. Close the lid and place in the NOT heated oven.
- According to the recipe, potted pots are cooked for two hours. The temperature in the oven should be 210 degrees.

Beef pots recipe
This cooking method is one of the variations with a different type of meat. To implement it, you will need:
- 600 grams of beef;
- 2 eggplants;
- 8 cloves of garlic;
- 50 grams of fresh herbs;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 4 tablespoons of butter;
- salt, spices - to taste.
Cooking process
- Rinse the meat, dry and cut into cubes about 3 centimeters.
- Wash and peel potatoes. Dice a little smaller than those that came from meat.
- Cut eggplant in the same way. Salt and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cut three tomatoes as well as eggplant. Grind the fourth tomato with garlic using a blender. Add spices to the resulting mass.
- Place the meat in the cooking utensils. Add salt and pepper. Put potatoes on top. Next, put the eggplant. Drizzle with a mixture of tomato and garlic. After that, a layer of chopped tomatoes and salt are laid out.
- A little water is added to the dishes. Put butter (a small piece).

- greens;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking process
- First, prepare the meat. Chicken leg cut and send to the dishes for cooking.
- Wash, peel and dice potatoes.
- Remove the husks from the onion and chop finely.
- Wash the carrots, cut into circles, each then divide in half.
- Wash the eggplant, peel, cut into the same cubes as the potatoes.
- Wash and cut the tomato into small slices.
- Put the products in the dishes in the following order:
- a layer of chicken;
- onions and carrots;
- potatoes;
- eggplant;
- a tomato.
- Next, add salt and half a liter of hot water.
- Cook in the oven at 210 degrees 60 minutes. Before serving, allow to cool for 15 minutes. After - sprinkle with herbs.
Meat in pots with vegetables and beans
Another recipe for canahas in pots with a different type of meat and a set of vegetables. To prepare you will need:
- 450 g of pork;
- 1 cup boiled beans;
- 4 potatoes;
- one onion;
- 2 carrots;
- 100 ml of tomato sauce;
- 25 ml of tomato paste;
- 2 tbsp. l flour;
- 2 bay leaves;
- black pepper;
- salt;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 60 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking step by step
- Dice the pork into about 3 centimeters. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
- Prepare the beans. You can use the finished one from the supermarket or cook it yourself.
- Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into small cubes. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Do not bring to readiness.
- Chop onions and carrots into small pieces. Cook in a pan for 5 minutes. Add flour, mix and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
- Add tomato paste with sauce to the mixture. There, crush garlic in the press.
- Pour 2 cups of water into the pan. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spices to taste.
- In the baking dish, put the meat, and on top of it potatoes. Next add a layer of beans. Pour over the cooked sauce.
- Pour in water. Add bay leaf and black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the dish there. Bake for 40 minutes.
- After cooking, leave the dish in the oven off for another 20 minutes. Then mix and serve.
