To prepare the salad, we need 400 g of crab sticks, mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2-3 potatoes, one fresh cucumber, onion and canned peas, herbs and freshly ground white pepper to taste. Sometimes salted crackers are added to such a salad.

Boil the potatoes, cool and chop finely. Defrost crab sticks , cut into slices. Boil eggs, peel and chop eggs. Chop the onion. The finer the onion, the less tangy the salad will have.
