Especially for foamy beer for the company of guests, you can whip up chic squid rings in batter. The recipe assumes the presence of 3 squid, the same number of eggs, a little flour (about 130g) and 125 ml of beer (it must be light).

To begin with, you should prepare the squid carcasses. Skin is removed from them (for this they are placed in hot water for 6 minutes), the shaft is removed. Then the product is boiled. To do this, squid is kept in boiling and salt water for exactly 3 minutes, after which they are removed and left to cool.

A batter is being prepared at this time. Egg whites with a mixer are whipped into a thick and lush foam. In a separate bowl, beer, remaining yolks, flour and salt are mixed. Proteins are added to the mixture. And now, the batter is ready.

First batter is prepared. All ingredients except butter and apples are mixed very carefully so that there are no lumps.
