For its preparation you will need: chicken weighing one and a half to two kg, 800 grams of mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic, a liter of light beer, sunflower oil, 1 onion, pepper and salt to taste.

For cooking you will need: chicken, 200 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams of sour cream, 2 onions, 2 lemons, 10 walnuts, 100 gr. mayonnaise, 2 carrots, 3 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, herbs, pepper and salt to taste.
Cooking.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon, sprinkle with salt, pepper, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and grate the chicken. Cooking the filling. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into rings and fry together with the mushrooms, diced, in oil, preferably vegetable. Salt, pepper, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix. Stuff the chicken with this filling , place it in the sleeve and bake for one hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cooking the sauce. Put on a baking sheet, pour half a glass of wine into the pan, pour half a glass of water into the baking sheet and cook in the oven at a temperature in the region of 200 degrees, and be sure to periodically pour over it with melted fat. After an hour, put a whole apple next to it, lower the temperature to 150 degrees and cook for another 30 minutes. Pull out the chicken.
