Will be required for cooking:
- medium-sized pineapple;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- a glass of sugar;
- a glass of flour;
- on a teaspoon of baking powder and vanillin;
- a pinch of ground cinnamon;
- a tablespoon of butter;
- some cocoa powder.
Cooking
Immediately offer to prepare a form. Grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Or you can cover the form with paper, grease it, and do not use flour.

- Check readiness not only for a golden crust, but also with a toothpick or match. Poke the cake in several places, if there is no batter left on the surface of the wooden stick, you can remove it.

Of the ingredients you will need:
- six chicken eggs;
- a can of canned pineapple;
- two thirds of a glass of sugar;
- a teaspoon of baking powder;
- a glass of flour;
- a teaspoon of vanillin.
If there is no vanillin, then use soda - a third of a teaspoon. Before adding it to the dough, you need to pay off with vinegar.
We use less sugar than in the first recipe, since canned pineapples are sweeter than fresh ones. There are more eggs - so the dough will turn out to be slightly different, try both options, choose the one that you like best.
How to cook charlotte in a slow cooker?
This is no more complicated than cooking on a baking sheet, but you still need to act on the proposed instructions to make the cake lush.
Prepare the dough:
- Break eggs into a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla. Beat with a whisk or mixer until the sugar melts and a foam appears on the surface.
- Gently introduce the flour, stirring constantly, add the baking powder last. The dough should be a consistency, like thick sour cream, or, as for the preparation of fritters.
Pineapple juice should be drained. Cut the pieces even smaller, put on the greased bottom of the multicooker. Set the mode "Heating".
You can pour out the dough only when the pan heats up, otherwise the cake will turn out flattened. After the dessert mass is in the slow cooker, set the "Baking" mode, 50 minutes are enough.
