It is especially difficult for the legs in the cold season, when sharp heats can cause cracks in the heels. Treatment in this case requires maximum hydration. This can be achieved by using a mixture of such beneficial substances as salicylic acid, paraffin and beeswax. Mix them in equal proportions, heat, apply on the heels and fix the compress well. It is recommended to keep as long as possible, preferably a day. Then remove the compress, rinse the heels in a soda bath, rub with a pumice and apply a thick layer of moisturizer. After just a few procedures, the heels will become soft, delicate and beautiful.

Quite often, due to irregular care, deep cracks appear on the heels. Treatment in such situations may be longer. Prepare the gruel from two onions with a grater, mix it with birch tar and apply the resulting mixture to the heel. This amount is designed for two applications. Then prepare a new, fresh mixture. We put on a plastic bag and hold the compress all night. After two, sometimes three weeks, the cracks completely disappear.

How to heal cracks in the heels? To prevent this situation from occurring, heels, like all other parts of the body, should be given a little time. Get a foot scrub and use it as a peeling. Rub each heel for two to three minutes, then rinse and apply a nourishing or moisturizing cream. How to heal cracks in the heels in the most advanced cases? If even in several steps it is not possible to scrape off a very thick, roughened layer of skin, you should apply a thick layer of oily cream on your feet, put on plastic bags and warm socks on top. After an hour, you can go to the bath and proceed with the planned procedures, the process will be much faster.
