To prepare cod according to the recipe, we need to take: a pound of fillet, several medium potatoes, black and allspice peppers, a couple of garlic cloves, 1 carrot, onion, sweet bell pepper, vegetable oil, salt, lavrushka, fresh herbs.
How to cook
- Pour water into a large saucepan, put a lavrushka and a few peas of allspice, bring to a boil over high heat.
- Meanwhile, I wash and peel vegetables - potatoes, onions, carrots and bell peppers.
- Cut the tubers into small cubes, and three carrots on a grater coarsely. Cut the pepper and onion into strips or half rings - according to your desire.
- We chop the garlic with thin plates.
- In boiling water, put the potatoes in a pan, bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
- Cut the cod fillet into small pieces, spread to the potatoes, when the liquid has already boiled.

- Cook the dish for another 15 minutes, season with a slice of lemon and garlic.
- Let us insist on eating at least a dozen minutes, then pour it portionwise on plates, sprinkled with chopped herbs (parsley, dill). Put in each serving a small piece of butter and serve hot.

For this recipe from cod, we need the following ingredients: 1 kg of fillet, several medium fresh tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc., Onions, spices and salt and pepper.
How to cook
- Wash cod fillet, dry and cut into pieces. They should be quite large, like steaks. Season with fish spices.
- The next step is to prepare the vegetables. Cut the onions in half rings, and the tomatoes in half circles. Pepper is cleaned of seeds and stalk, cut into strips or half rings.
- On the foil spread on the baking sheet, put the onion, then pepper and tomatoes. Spread prepared fish with spices on top of a vegetable pillow.

This simple cod recipe will quickly become popular in any family. Mediterranean spices, lemon squeeze, olive oil and garlic will give the finished dish a delicious taste and aroma. Ingredients
We need: 1 kg of cod fillet, 5 cloves of garlic (peel and chop), an average bunch of chopped fresh parsley, flour and lemon mixture. For it, you need to take the following components: 5 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tbsp. melted butter. As spices we use: 1 tsp. earthen coriander, 3/4 tsp sweet paprika, cumin 3/4 tsp, salt 3/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
How to cook
- Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius.
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil and melted butter in a deep bowl.
- In a different bowl, mix the sifted flour, spices, salt and pepper. Place next to the lemon mixture.
- If you bought fresh-frozen fillet - thaw, rinse thoroughly, and then dry with a kitchen towel. Dip the fish in a mixture of lemon juice and then dip in the flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat (make sure that the oil is non-smoking and odorless). Reduce the heat to medium and lay the fillet. Fry the fish on each side so that a rosy shade appears, but not until completely ready - about a couple of minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
- Add the garlic and spice mixture to the remaining lemon juice mixture. Pour half-finished cod fillet with it.

How to cook cod with cheese? Very simple! The fish is so tasty that even kids and people who do not like fish eat it with pleasure. It is also a low-carb meal, and if you are following a protein diet, this is ideal!
Ingredients
To prepare this recipe for cod, we need: 3/4 cup grated parmesan, 1/2 lemon (and zest, and juice), 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped finely), 1/2 teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1 spoon paprika, 3 tbsp. l butter, 1 kg of fresh cod (it is better to take the fillet, but you can take carcasses - however, the bones will need to be removed).
How to cook
- Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place the grated parmesan in a suitable container and add the garlic and paprika.
- Wash the lemon and wipe it. Cook the zest with half a lemon using a fine grater and add it to the cheese mixture.
- Rinse the parsley and dry it. Finely chop and add to the mixture with cheese. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- Rinse the fish in cold water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess fluid.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan on the stove or in the microwave.
- Use a fork to dip each piece of fish into the butter on both sides, and then into the cheese mixture. Make sure that both sides are completely covered with cheese.
- Place the prepared fish on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cod is ready if it can be easily pierced with a fork.

Gentle steamed cutlets are perfect for kids. We will need the following ingredients: a pound of cod fillet, one onion, one carrot, a couple of slices of a white loaf, a third of a glass of milk, an egg, a little flour (for baking cutlets), salt - according to personal preference.

- First, prepare the tender minced meat. Defrost the fillet in a natural way, rinse with water and dry it from excess moisture with a kitchen towel or paper napkins. Cut the cod into pieces.
- We clean the onion and cut into small pieces.
- Remove the crust from the bread product, put it in a container and fill it with warm milk. Set aside for 5 minutes to soak and wring.
- Pass the fillet through the meat grinder, loaf and onion - 2 times each.
- Peel the carrots and grate finely.
- Add carrots and greens to the minced meat, drive in an egg, salt and knead well.
