Gallbladder inflammation

Gallbladder inflammation is a rare gastrointestinal pathology. The reasons for its appearance can be completely diverse. Most often, pathology is observed in people from forty to fifty years. In this regard, inflammation of the gallbladder in children refers to abnormalities. As practice shows, in such cases, the disease occurs in adolescence, and adolescent girls fall ill two to three times more often.

Inflammation of the gallbladder manifests itself in inflammation of the organ wall. In this case, there is a violation of the processing, absorption and digestion of fat-containing substances in the intestine.

Inflammation of the gallbladder develops due to a violation of proper nutrition. In this regard, stones can form in the body cavity. However, as practice shows, there is a development of the disease without the formation of stones. At the same time, gallbladder inflammation is accompanied by symptoms similar to traditional cholecystitis.

The main cause of the pathological process is considered the abuse of alcohol, smoked products, fatty meat. Improper nutrition during the development of the disease contributes to the aggravation of the process, especially in cases of obesity or with the development of infections.

As a rule, signs of the disease begin to appear after two to four hours after eating fried meat, smoked products, lard, jelly or spicy foods.

In order not to subsequently think about how to treat gallbladder inflammation, it is better to prevent it.

The disease is accompanied by rather unpleasant symptoms. With an increase in temperature to 38-39 degrees, vomiting and nausea are manifested. In some cases, signs manifest themselves in very unexpected moments. The nature of the course of the disease is assessed as acute with a sharp pain manifesting in the shoulder region or scapula. In many cases, there are additional manifestations of the disease, expressed in yellowness of the skin and sclera (external ocular membranes).

Physiologically, the clinical manifestations of inflammation are noted in the form of sharp pain in the right hypochondrium. Moreover, even a slight tapping on the extreme part of the costal arch causes unbearable pain in the patient.

If inflammation is suspected, a doctor should be called. Based on the results of the examination, the specialist will determine the need for hospitalization or the possibility of home treatment. However, it should be noted that therapy is best done in a hospital setting. In this case, the patient receives qualified care, and experienced specialists will take the necessary measures to prevent the transformation of the disease into more serious ailments (peritonitis, ulcers and others).

The basis of all therapeutic measures for gastrointestinal diseases is strict adherence to diet.

It should be remembered that in the gall bladder inflammation can occur both with excess weight and with a sharp decrease. Therefore, the diet should be designed so that while limiting fat intake, normal weight is maintained. Equally important is the diet of patients. Four to five meals a day in small portions is recommended.

If an acute attack occurs, you should adhere to a sparing diet for some time. In this case, soups, jelly, cereals, warm drink should be included in the diet. It is recommended to process food until the consistency of mashed potatoes. In more detail about the preparation of the diet, you need to consult with a specialist.

To stop the pain, the doctor usually prescribes antispasmodic drugs. These include "Spazgan", "No-shpu" and others. In addition, medications can be prescribed, the action of which is aimed at normalizing bile secretion ("Allohol", "Hofitol"). As practice shows, cholecystitis often proceeds against a background of pancreatitis, therefore, the appointment of enzyme preparations is possible. In order to prevent complications of an infectious nature, antibiotics with a wide spectrum of action are used.

Any medications for the disease are prescribed by a doctor.
