Filling. Mix 150 grams of sugar (if you choose brown, then the buns will look more impressive), three large tablespoons of cinnamon, a couple of a pinch of salt.
Cream. Put in a cup 250 grams of any cream cheese, 120 grams of powdered sugar, two large tablespoons of cream and a little vanillin. Beat these ingredients with a mixer.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, sprinkle it with a mixture of cinnamon. Wrap the roll and cut it into small bun circles. It is necessary to bake them for half an hour, after which grease with cream.

Dissolve two bags of dry yeast in a quarter cup of warm water, pour one and a half cup of warm sour milk to the yeast.
