To do this, you need to prepare a decoction from this plant with the addition of oak bark in a ratio of 1: 0.5. A glass of wormwood is mixed with half a glass of oak bark and poured with freshly boiled water. Add them to salads, meat dishes, soups. The main thing is not to use too much seasoning, as this herb tastes rather bitter. It can be used both fresh and dried.
