Essential Ingredients:

  • fat mayonnaise - 240 g;
  • large fresh garlic - 2 cloves;
  • thin Armenian lavash - 1 pc.;
  • cheese of any grade - 135 g;
  • frozen crab meat - 300 g;
  • ground paprika, black allspice and fresh herbs - add to taste.

Cooking process

Typically, lavash roll fillings include only flavored and satisfying ingredients. We decided not to deviate from these rules and purchased all of the above components. Thus, to make such an appetizer, it is necessary to completely thaw crab meat, and then grind it or chop it with a knife. Next to the processed ingredient, put fatty mayonnaise, grated garlic cloves and hard cheese, as well as ground paprika, shredded greens and allspice black pepper. All of these components need to be mixed, and then coated with them thin Armenian lavash and wrap it in a tight roll. After that, the appetizer should be placed in the refrigerator, and after an hour, remove and cut into portioned pieces up to one and a half centimeters thick.

2. Stuffing for pita bread with mushrooms

Essential Ingredients:

  • thin Armenian lavash - 3 pcs.;
  • high fat mayonnaise - 500 g;
  • fresh parsley - a large bunch;
  • any mushrooms - 700 g;
  • medium table salt - to taste;
  • hard cheese - 370 g;
  • butter - for frying.

Cooking process

However, it is worth noting that for such an appetizer, it is recommended to purchase only meaty varieties of this product. We decided to use fresh medium-sized champignons. They should be washed, chopped into very small cubes and fried a little in butter, adding table salt. It is also required to chop fresh parsley and hard cheese separately.

After all the main components have been prepared, you can proceed to the formation of snacks. To do this, lay a thin pita bread on the table, and then generously grease it with fat mayonnaise and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Next, on the parsley, it is necessary to place the flour product again, grease it in the same way, and distribute all the fried champignons on top. The last layer should also be thin pita bread soaked in mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese. When all the layers are laid out alternately, they need to be wrapped in a roll, and then wrapped with cling film and kept in this position in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
