Baked potatoes in the oven: it never gets easier

There is nothing easier and tastier than potatoes baked in the oven. It will take much less time to cook it than you would cook any other dish. Baked potato has a lot of useful properties, has a rich taste and pleasant aroma. It is best to bake potatoes in the oven, although some practice with a microwave. Personally, I believe that in the latter case it will not be possible to achieve a crisp, which will necessarily appear in the oven. So how to cook baked potatoes? Some useful recipes are sure to come in handy.

Oven baked jacket potato

Everything is very simple. Wash the potatoes, put them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, without removing the peel. But if you are waiting for guests and want to surprise them with something unusual, then follow the following recipe.

It will take: a kilogram of medium potatoes. For minced meat: gouda cheese (200 g), boiled ham (100 g), one tomato, a small bunch of salad onions, olive oil (for frying), salt and pepper to taste. For the sauce: yogurt (2 cups or 300 g), chives (1 bunch), garlic (1-2 cloves).

The cooking process is as follows:

· In order for the jacket potato in the oven to turn out tasty, be sure to thoroughly rinse it, then cut it in half and remove the pulp from it so that the edge thickness is no more than 1 cm. Do not discard the pulp, but chop it.

· Cheese and ham cut into small cubes, chop lettuce. Peel the tomato, remove the core. We only need the pulp, which should be cut into cubes.

· Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and the flesh of the potatoes in it. After removing from the stove, attach the remaining ingredients to them and knead the minced meat. Add pepper and salt to taste.

· Fill the potato halves with the prepared minced meat and put them on a baking sheet pre-greased. Baking time is about an hour.

· To prepare the sauce, mix yogurt with green onions and garlic, pepper and salt.

· That's all. Baked potato in the oven is ready!

Potato baked in the oven in foil

This is one of the quick ways to make a delicious meal. The advantage of baking in foil is the fact that the potatoes are not covered with a dry crust, but remain juicy and tender. And yet - so that the dish does not seem lean, you can add pieces of bacon to it.

Ingredients: 5 potatoes, slices of bacon and salt to taste.

Cooking:

Rinse the potatoes, peel them, cut into 3 parts. Rub each half with salt and pepper.

· Put some of the potatoes on the foil, lay the pieces of bacon on top, and then cover with the remaining potatoes.

· Preheat the oven to 200C.

· Wrap potatoes in foil and set to bake.

· Remove the finished dish from the oven, place on plates and decorate with greens.

Baked potato in the oven with chicken

From personal experience I will say that this dish turns out to be incredibly tasty. To prepare it, you will need a kilogram of potatoes, the same amount of chicken meat, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sour cream, pepper, garlic and salt.

Cooking:

· First prepare the sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce and sour cream to taste. Add pepper, garlic and salt, also to taste.

· Coat the chicken thoroughly with the prepared sauce and leave it for a couple of hours for marinating. You can even put the meat overnight, so it will be even more juicy.

· Peel potatoes, cut into 3-4 parts (if the tubers are small, then into two).

· Grease a baking sheet with vegetable or olive oil, put potatoes on it, and chicken meat on top. To make the dish more delicious, pour it with the remaining sauce.

· Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put a baking sheet with the contents there and cook for about one hour.

· After 35-40 minutes after the start of cooking, the meat must be turned over so that it is evenly fried on all sides.
