Celebratory salad recipe for celebration

Have you decided to invite guests and arrange a celebration? It is worth taking care of the list of dishes and including dishes for the festive table that will surprise and delight guests. Their list may be large or not very. It depends on the scale of the event and the number of guests invited.

Recipes for the festive table should be easy to prepare, consist of available products and not overload the stomach. Then such an event will not be a burden for the hostess, and the guests will have a desire to have fun. The menu necessarily includes a festive salad, the recipe of which you can choose according to the tastes of the guests. Of course, there will be more than one type of such treat on your table. In addition to salads, you should include in the list of hot dishes, snacks, dessert and pastries.

We offer you several options for preparing delicious and hearty holiday salads. The recipe for each of them is very simple and original at the same time. All guests' attention will be drawn to the decoration of the dish - a variety of salads.

Holiday salad, recipe number 1

To prepare it, you will need five hundred grams of squid, two hundred grams of crab meat or chopsticks, four egg whites, one hundred grams of red caviar (you can take an analog), fifty grams of shrimp for decoration and mayonnaise.

Lightly defrost squid carcasses and remove the film from them. Cut the cleaned meat into strips and boil in salted boiling water for about five minutes. Throw the squid in a colander and set to cool.

Boil eggs and, having cooled, we clear of a shell. Separate the protein and chop it into pieces.

Finely chop the crab meat. Boil the shrimp and remove the shell from them.

In a bowl, mix the protein, squid, crab meat and almost all of the red caviar, leaving it a little to decorate. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and put it in a pre-cooked salad bowl. Level the surface with a spoon. In the center we spread the remains of red caviar with a small slide, around which we arrange shrimps in the shape of a flower. You can make edging with chopped dill.

Holiday salad, recipe number 2

Salad "Volcano" will appeal to men. It is prepared from only three main components, and the taste is unusual and very pleasant. We will need three hundred grams of beef, four medium pickled cucumbers and one hundred grams of hot ketchup.

Boil the beef until tender. During cooking, add bay leaf, black pepper, salt and two cloves of garlic to the broth. Cook for about an hour, after which we get a piece of meat and cool.

Pickled cucumbers and beef cut into strips of the same size. We take portioned flat plates and put a portion of salad on each. First, put the beef in the form of a slide. We cover with a layer of pickled (or fresh) cucumbers from above, and pour the top of our โ€œvolcanoโ€ with sharp ketchup, creating hot lava flows.

Holiday salad, recipe number 3

Such a salad is suitable not only for celebration, but will be a pleasant surprise on a weekday. To prepare it, you need to prepare five hundred grams of fresh cabbage, two carrots, a green apple, two hundred grams of various dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins of several kinds, prunes, dates), lemon juice, salt, mayonnaise and pepper.

Soak all dried fruits in boiling water for at least half an hour. During this time, they will thoroughly get wet and increase in size.

We cut the cabbage in the thinnest straws. Peel the carrots and pass through the grater for Korean salads. We combine cabbage and carrots, slightly salt and knead until juice forms. Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl and mix with sugar. Pour cabbage with this mixture. Grind dried fruits and add to the salad. Peel the apple and rub it with straws, then add it to the salad. Mix the finished dish with mayonnaise and put it in the refrigerator to insist for an hour.
